Our goal is to provide quality dental treatment to all our patients.
There are many times that our patients require urgent or emergency treatment and therefore require an appointment as soon as possible. With this in mind we have developed a cancellation policy that caters the needs of all patients.
We appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations, allowing another patient the appointment that was set aside for you.
A fee of $45 may be charged if an appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours.
After a thorough examination, we will discuss your dental problems and the cost of correcting them. You will be given a detailed estimate of the planned treatment. When treatment is rendered, our friendly staff will ask that you pay at the time services are provided.

Any treatment planned appointment paid in full, 1 week in advance of your treatment
will receive a 5% discount off the total amount.
Health fund claims are processed on site (In the event that a claim cannot be processed, please note that payment is still required at the time of dental treatment, and you will then need to claim any rebate for your account manually at your health fund.)
